Version not changing in About page

Issue/Introduction

Post upgrade of CA Servicedesk manager from 17.1 to 17.3, Help about page show incorrect version details.

Release : 17.3

Resolution

# help_about.htmpl file is not updated with the latest copy from r17.3 installer. 
# Request you to replace help_about.htmpl file from existing 17.3 installation or from the installer . 
# Location C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\bopcfg\www\htmpl\default
