Run Telnet Command operator fails with error "The user name cannot be empty for the username/password login scheme".

Issue/Introduction

When using the operator "Run Telnet Command" gives error:
"The user name cannot be empty for the username/password login scheme"

Environment

Release : 4.3.X

Component : ITPAM

Cause

Username and Password values are missing in the operator properties.

Resolution

Provide the respective username and password of the target server under "Remote Login Information" section under operator Properties.
