Save Button Does Not Load In Global Settings

Issue/Introduction

When browsing to Settings > Global Settings, the page loads but the save button remains greyed out.

Cause

In order to make changes to the Global Settings page, a user's role must have the following two privileges. If the role only has Read Global Settings in its privileges, then the save button will not be enabled when they go to Global Settings.

Environment

Privileged Access Manager - all versions

Resolution

Either assign the Global Setter role to the user or if a custom role is being used, ensure it has both Manage Global Settings and Read Global Settings in its privileges.
