Why commands in LINK PROCESS didn't execute on ESP?

Issue/Introduction
The ESP application has a LINK PROCESS as the last JOB to re-trigger the event. However sometimes the event is not triggered.
Environment
Release : 12.0
Component : ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION
Resolution
Replace LINK PROCESS with SELFCOMPLETING TASK.
Commands defined in LINK PROCESS may not complete before the LINK PROCESS ends.
