Upgrade failed - Table and Column Errors

Issue/Introduction

Customer is seeing Install fail.

There are errors in the install.log regarding columns and tables:

11/06 00:00:00.00 SERVERNAME domsrvr:05              8888 ERROR        majic.y               1111 Column COLUMN_NAME for attribute ATTRIBUTE_NAME is not defined in the schema
11/06 00:00:00.00 SERVERNAME domsrvr:05              8888 ERROR        majic.y               2222 Table TABLE_NAME for object OBJECT_NAME is not defined in the schema

Environment

Release : 17.x

Component : SVC DESK UPGRADE

Cause

ddict.sch file is incorrect

Resolution

Ensure the ddict file is updated to match the current schema and in the correct folder

Default Location C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\site

The above names are generic names used in place of possible names you may see in the logs.
