Issue/Introduction

After plugging in a USB device that's blocked by Application and Device Control (ADC), Windows 10 machine encounters a Blue Screen crash.

Debug of memory dump resembles the following:

Unable to load image \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\14.3.1148.0100.105\Bin64\SyDvCtrl64.sys, Win32 error 0n2

IMAGE_NAME:  disk.sys

MODULE_NAME: disk

PROCESS_NAME:  ccSvcHst.exe

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0xCA_2_IMAGE_disk.sys

Resolution
