What time zone are in incidents within the Enforce console?

Issue/Introduction

What timezone is observed in enforce on incident details?

Also what is the difference between occurred on and reported on.

Occurred on is when the incident took place, usually applicable to an endpoint incident that may not be immediately reported to the Enforce console. 
Reported on is when the incident was reported to the enforce console(when the incident was persisted).

 

Both of these timestamps are reported in the timezone in which Enforce exists.
