View - Abend occurred when trying to start the SARSTC task in the DR environment

The DR system is now offline, but we'd like to understand why the below occurred, in the event of another DR test:

Resolution

As there was a report being written directly-to-tape when the database was cut-over for disaster recovery (DR), and the first action at DR was for a View backup to be 
run, the message issued was:

 . SARBKU02  DIRECT TO TAPE ARCHIVAL SUSPENDED FOR COMPLETION OF BACKUP CYCLE        

As there was no accommodation for tape usage at the DR site, the next message issued was:

 . SARTPO56  Immediate tape access requires 3480 devices                             
 
In all, the messages occurred because a production database was cut-over in mid-tape writing and a View backup could not be run because there was no tape usage at the DR site.
