What is the meaning of the Disk Latency metric available in CDM? How is it calculated?

This metric represents the Average Aggregated Total Physical Disk Latency for all physical disks on a system.

It cannot be separated out on a per-device basis.  It is a representation of the total latency for all physical disks combined.
