Is there a way to determine the differences in the MDB schema between Service Desk Manager versions?

For example, are there any new tables added to the MDB in 17.3 compared to 17.1?

Environment

Service Desk Manager 12.x, 14.1 and 17.x

All Supported SQL and Oracle Database Management Systems

Resolution

There is no document that outlines the MDB schema changes between SDM versions.

You will need to compare the NX_ROOT\site\DDICT.SCH file between the SDM environments.
