table stream_eligible_attrs is missing value for reference

Issue/Introduction

During a run of the post install steps for CA Service desk patch 17.3.0.10  (pdm_load of file r17_3_10_insert.dat), seeing the below error for the latest patch

 

Environment

Release : 17.3 RU10 and higher

Component : SVC DESK UPGRADE

Cause

The error is due to the r17_3_10_insert.dat file being used to update the mobile_attribute_usage column that was introduced into the stream_eligible_attrs table.  The load file contains 62 such entries.  However, the affected stream_eligible_attrs table contains only 36 rows; this table contains 62 rows in a 17.3 GA environment to present.  There are 26 rows missing, which is the same number of times this message appears in the RU install logs:

Resolution

Check for the same stream_eligible_attrs table in any other instances in place, including a prod instance. 

 

The corrective action would be to import this table from a working instance of Service Desk.
