Issue/Introduction

"Failed to receive ICAP header" Error appears while connecting from storage filer, in this case Citrix application delivery controller (ADC)

Note: ICAP Configuration in SPE should be correct and should be able to ping the filer and telnet the configured port.

Environment

Release : 8.2

Component : NA

Cause

ICAP RESPMOD URL : ICAP://<SPE Server IP>/RESPMOD

 

Resolution

Replace ICAP RESPMOD URL with : ICAP://<SPE Server IP>/SYMCScanRespEx-AV
