Issue/Introduction

So this issue has been there for a while now and we cannot find the root cause.

Although, we just find out that for one of our servers in DEV environment we do not experience this issue.

So I would like to look with you guys what could be different on that particular server versus the others.

We have Dynatrace monitoring running on our DEV servers if you guys want to try tracing the http request calls.

Release : 4.9.1

Component : TDM Web Portal

Resolution

My solution worked for every servers in DEV.

 

Configuration when we had the issue of first attempt login failing

And now configuration that works for first attempt login

I will apply it on PROD also.

CA Test Data Manager 4.9 => Administrating => CA TDM Portal Administration => LDAP Integration with the CA TDM Portal
