The DLP 15.8 Administrator's Guide is not available for download on the support portal.

Cause

As of DLP 15.8 the Symantec DLP Administrator's guide is no longer available on the support portal.

Resolution

The information that was in the Administrator's Guide is now in the 'Symantec Data loss Prevention Help Center'.

You can download a PDF of the Help Center/Administrator Guide using these steps:

1. Access the help center here: SYMANTEC DATA LOSS PREVENTION HELP CENTER.
2. Click on any of the options, the screenshot below shows the "About Symantec Data Loss Prevention" option.
3. Click on the "PDF download" icon in the upper middle of the page, circled in red in the screenshot.
4. This will download a PDF that contains all the information in the DLP Help Center, the Administrator's Guide, for the version of DLP selected.
