Interfaces are not getting disabled in the DX Netops Portal

Issue/Introduction

When disabling interfaces in the DX Netops Portal, some interfaces cannot be disabled.

Environment

Release : 3.7,20.2,21,2

Component : CA Performance Center

Resolution

If an interface is only supplied by non-Data Aggregator data sources, you cannot disable the interface.
This feature is only for Data Aggregatordiscovered devices/interfaces.
