Description of report are blank

Issue/Introduction

 

When a user want to select a report on the Report Selection list the Report  description is not displayed (only padded to blank.).

The user need to see the description to select the report he wants to read.

 

 

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : CA View

Cause

The Report Description in this case refers to all Ca Deliver Reports in the Ca View database 

The Ca Deliver database had been renamed but the EXPRESS= parameter in the Ca View SARINIT option was still pointing to the old Ca Deliver High Level

Qualifier name. 

Resolution

Need to update the EXPRESS= parameter in the Ca View SARINIT options and make sure that this points to the correct Ca Deliver database high level qualifier name.
