Monitoring postgres database instances at pod level

Issue/Introduction

Our team uses postgres database with 1 primary and 2 replicas deployed alongside the postgres operator. We monitor the primary service as well as replica service. The primary service has 1 pod, and the replica service has 2 replica pods. We would like to monitor the database instances at the pod level.
