Error : no handler-wa in "Verify that the ISAPI Filter is First .."

Issue/Introduction

 

When running the Web Agent installer, on the step

  "Verify that the ISAPI Filter is First in the List When Using Classic Pipeline Mode",
  

no entry named "handler-wa" is to be seen.

The installer is picked up from package :

  GEN11102535E.zip

 

Resolution

 

At first glance, you run the wrong installer as the one you point out
is the GA version published in 2013 (1).

According to our Support Matrix, to run Web Agent on IIS 10 on Windows
2019, the installation of Web Agent 12.52SP1CR10A minimum is required
(2), the latest vesion being 12.52SP1CR11 (3).
