Database change / issue related
- Jaspersoft "Database Connection Check" report error after move of Clarity DB
- Error "HTTP Status 404-Not Found" when entering Jaspersoft reporting server URL - this is related to Database connectivity issues. Error in logs mentions Could not open Hibernate Session for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection
- Jaspersoft Install error 'java.nio.BufferUnderflowException' when trying to establish a connection with JDBC on DB - Jaspersoft with Oracle 12.1.0.2.0 to 12.2.0.0.0
Post CSA changes
- Unable to access Advanced Reporting / "Error 500..." after changes are made to CSA -The Create and Update Jaspersoft Users job fails with error:
Failed to get an instance of ClarityJasperAdmin :: Exception getting ClarityJasperAdmin : Connection refused: connect - Jasper reports connection error after changing the Clarity default port - In the jasperserver.log file, connection errors such as "http 302" or "network connection failed" are seen.
Configuration Issues

- Secured (https) connection not working in Jaspersoft server - Error 503 in Clarity (Load Balancer configuration related)
- Jaspersoft Studio cannot save the Proxy configuration authentication (VPN related)
