Can you modify Queue exceptions via script.?

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to modify Exceptions in Queue objects via script to:

• Add rows
• Remove rows
• Modify From or To times
• Adjust Max slots
• Adjust priority
• Add or Modify Calendar Events
• Add or Modify Descriptions
