Is there a way to modify Exceptions in Queue objects via script to:

  • Add rows
  • Remove rows
  • Modify From or To times
  • Adjust Max slots
  • Adjust priority
  • Add or Modify Calendar Events
  • Add or Modify Descriptions

With 12.x and 21.0, there is no way to change exceptions via scripting, CallAPI, or REST API.  This would need to be an enhancement request which can be created here:
