Issue with Rally Jira Adapter-unable to Login

Issue/Introduction
We are unable to login into the performance adapter data explorer.
Resolution
I have restarted the database followed by the adapter and updated the integration setting (stop processing to 1).
The Data explorer issue is fixed. I am able to login, also the process list looks good now.
