Can not start the DLP services after Enforce upgrade

Issue/Introduction

The installation and/or migration completed successfully but none of the services are starting. The log says the same thing for each service:

'The configured wrapper.java.command could not be found, attempting to launch anyway: /opt/AdoptOpenJRE/jdk8u262-b10-jre/bin/java'

 

Cause

Permissions on the folders not being set correctly. 

Resolution

Validate the path in the error exists such as '/opt/AdoptOpenJRE/jdk8u262-b10-jre/bin/java' 

The ownership on the AdoptOpenJRE folder should be root/root.

The permissions on the AdoptOpenJRE folder should be 755.
