You are trying to monitor the quarantine SMTP service and have problem with port 41025 not responding to the monitoring software.

The Quarantine port 41025 is not a true mail server port. It is a specific use process for the Messaging Gateway Scanners. There is no expectation that it will respond appropriately to SMTP monitoring.
Do not configure your SMTP service monitoring to check the quarantine port 41025.
