ASM agent availability metrics missing in OI Service creation

Issue/Introduction

When we are trying to create an OI Service,

In the 'Create Service Definition', for Key Performance Indicators -> "Availability", no data is showing up.

There is an ASM agent (App Synthetic Monitor Agent) reporting data for monitors for this tenant on the APM side.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : CA DOI SERVICE ANALYTICS

Resolution

In this tenant, the ASM agent is reporting metric under agent name MY_ASM_Agent_PROD
For this availability metrics to work, we need to have the default ASM agent name which is:
App Synthetic Monitor Agent
This is working as designed and only workaround available is to rename the agent name back to the default name.
