Reports menu in Operator Console indicates CABI Not Available.

Issue/Introduction

Selecting the Reports menu option displays a screen indicating that CABI is unavailable. 

connection to https://cabi-server-name/cabijs  is accessible

error from https access

CABI is not available or accessible

and from google tool 

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Resolution

Clearing out cache and cookies  resolved our issue
