Resolution

The DX NetOps Performance Management Portal web UI server provides SAML2 integration support for IdP capable tools.

According to this page (current as of 2021-11-05) the Okta software is capable of serving as an IdP to provide SAML 2.0 support.

With Okta configured to properly act as a SAML2 IdP provider for SSO, we would use the SAML2 integration provided in the Portal web UI server.
