Error: The 'quicktasks' workspace does not exist or you have no permission to access it

Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to access the Endpoint Management Workspaces.  They receive the following error when the logon fails:

The 'quicktasks' workspace does not exist or you have no permission to access it

The error seen in the a.log files of the Notification Server is:

MainController failure.

Environment

Release: ITMS 8.5 RU4

Cause

The user did not exist as an account in Settings > Security > Account Management > Accounts.

Also, verify that the user is a member of the "Endpoint Management Workspaces Users" Security Role.

Resolution

Added the user in Settings > Security > Account Management > Accounts
