Issue/Introduction

Ghost solution works slow and sluggish

Error in windows event viewer:

Environment

GSS 3.x

Cause

Windows Event viewer logs are full of scan Errors from McAfee or other Antivirus software

Cisco antivirus was also installed on server and endpoints

 

Resolution

Issue is resolved by Disabling the antiviruses. 

Upgrading to the latest version is also helpful, but again the antivirus should be disabled before proceeding with the upgrade.
