CEM and the transition from DST to standard time

Issue/Introduction

For the transition from Daylight Savings Time to Eastern Standard Time does CEM, Compliance Event Manager), need to be down during the transition hour to avoid logging issues?  Will a recycle be necessary?

Resolution

CEM does not need to be down or recycled for the time change from DST to standard time.
