Unable to add agentless device on Group / Maintenance

Issue/Introduction
When we try to add agentless device to group, we can find it.
however, when we save it. It still show zero device on the group. It is a limitation of OC group?

Release : 20.3
Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - ALARM VIEWER
Resolution
No, It is not a limitation of OC group. Ideally the device should show up
