What are the minimal privileges required to manage database using DB2 UDB connector?

but it does not provide the answer.

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

The DB2 administrative account requires SECADM authority so that the connector can assign and revoke authorities for DB2 users.
