Issue/Introduction

A Network Share space clean up requested.

Environment

Release : 3.4.x and 4.0.x 

Component :CA PAM 

Cause

NFS mount point was used for database backups. As a result of this the Session Recording Storage is running out of space. 

Resolution

1. Turn ON Session Recording Purge 

2. NFS server admin is required to proceed with creating more space or delete unwanted recording files.
