Wingdings font does not trigger DLP policies when in the body of an email

Issue/Introduction

Text in the body of an email which has been set to the 'Wingdings' font does not trigger keyword policies. Note that the same text in the 'Wingdings' font, included in an attachment (e.g. '.docx') to an email does trigger the same policy. Also Wingdings 2, 3 and Webdings detect normally in either mode.

Resolution

Engineering confirmed that the problem is with the Outlook Addin API's provided by Microsoft. 

Engineering tested this with the Outlook Web Addin in 16.1 and it works as expected.
Upgrade to 16.1 and use the Outlook Web Addin to resolve this issue.
