Robots not in CM_NIMBUS_ROBOT if discovery_server is deactivated

Issue/Introduction

After I deploy UIM robots the servers are not written to the CM_NIMBUS_ROBOT table in the UIM DB. 

The discovery_server probe is shut down / Deactivated for other reasons. Is it expected systems are not written to the DB if the discovery_server is deactivated?

Resolution

Yes. The discovery_server must be actiated for the discovery cycle to run and therefore for the newly deployed robots to be visible in the CM_NIMBUS_ROBOT Table in the UIM backend DB.
