C1G0296W on load of binary type with a Lrecl=4092

Issue/Introduction

Trying to load a binary type = BIN, with VB 4092 4096.  Both the $BASE and the image library have those same attributes.

v18.1 patched to May 2021.

However during the load we are encountering:

C1G0296W THE OUTPUT DATASET LRECL OF (4088), IS LESS THAN THE TYPE DEFINITION LRECL OF (4092)

is received.

Resolution

Problem was solved by 
changing COMPRESS/ENCRYTP to N in the Type definition
