Known issues related to opening / saving PDFs with Clarity / Export related issues for Reports
Errors you may see include:
- Failed - Network error
- Couldn't download - Network issue
- Error 401 - User not registered"
This may happen in Advanced reporting, but may also be seen from an action using steps similar to the below:
- Access a Project or Idea Overview (Actions > Overview)
- Convert to PDF
- Try to save the PDF using a Chrome browser and get an error: "Failed – Network Error”. The file is not saved.
