Cause

When reviewing the device there is a CiscoBGP4_App model but the above Event Code is mapped out of the box for a BGP4 App model.

Resolution

Copy these following entries from $SPECROOT/SS/CsVendor/Ctron_SNMP_Rtr/BGP4_App/AlertMap to $SPECROOT/Custom/Events/AlertMap
