Issue/Introduction

A process to remove/replace CERTMAP SDNFILTR() records.  Job runs a REXX script that lists all of the certmaps and generates TSS REM() and TSS ADD() commands

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
TSS Commands that update the in-core WAEMAIL, UNAME/SNAME or SDT tables
successfully freemain the old tables but fail to decrement a counter that
the tables were freed.  If this counter increments too high, Top Secret
may begin to insert waits during command processing.
 
SYMPTOMS:
TSS command processing takes longer than normal due to delayed response time.
 
IMPACT:
TSS commands take longer than expected.  If commands are received via CPF,
this problem could be more obvious.
 
CIRCUMVENTION:
Recycle Top Secret to reset these indicators.
