Customer received    N23303 INSUFFICIENT STORAGE which caused the region to be recycled.

Resolution

The customer has Initial OCS Command'  with $CDMENT in UAMS

With the PTF SO09834  it was creating a loop. 

 

Remove the $cmdent corrected the issue

 

Command entry honors the initial command setting since 2019 with PTF SO09834.  

Yes - how we handle 'Initial OCS Command' has changed with a PTF.
