We are seeing where cross instance events are being processed out of order in the receiving instance.
They are processed in the correct order in the outbound instance.

The RUNNING and SUCCESS events for a cross-instance box job are processed out of turn on the instance receiving those events.

There is also an internal testfix patch for 11.3.6 SP8 CUM1 which contains the fix for the cross instance events issue.
