Coaching page does not work if symantec.com is bypassed from Web Security Service

Environment

WSS Agent

Cause

Access to client-id.wss.symantec.com is build in WSS agent code.
If symantec.com is bypassed from WSS, notify.bluecoat.com is also bypassed from Web Security Service.
because notify.bluecoat.com is using the same ip as client-id.wss.symantec.com.
notify.bluecoat.com request needs to be sent to Web Security Service.

Resolution

Please verify that your WSS portal is not configured to bypass client-id.wss.symantec.com
or any domains that could contain client-id.wss.symantec.com
