Why does TPX allocate CSA Key 8.

Issue/Introduction
While tracking Key 8 CSA usage it was observed that TPX allocated SP241 Key 8. What does this represent ?

Resolution
To eliminate the 'CSA Key 8 Usage' disable the parm, in the SMRT option 5 / System Features
