RSS Feed for monitoring status of Clarity

Issue/Introduction

Hi - Is there an RSS URL we can use to subscribe to updates on the status of our Clarity instances? I receive emails but we'd like to receive these notifications in Slack, which we just implemented. Thanks!

Release : 15.9.3

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

Slack subscription can't be enabled with the Clarity page as it is an audience-specific page (our other pages are public and therefore we have enabled Slack). Customers can utilize the RSS feed option or alternatively they can set up a WebHook which is enabled.

If you go to the Clarity Status page --> https://claritysaas.statuspage.io/# to get more subscription options rather than relying on email.

To leverage the WebHook option, please work with your internal Slack Admin with permissions to set up integration in the Slack channel to subscribe/get the Clarity SaaS updates from the Clarity page.
