ESP6628I APPLMGR: APPL REGL1060.2 Request by EIADMIN failed authority check

Environment

Cause

Agent Definition not defined correctly.

Resolution

If the DNS server chzn01oepa055u.odepot.net is correct DNS then make sure ESP parmlib member AGENTDEF to match the upper or lowercase.

Example
updated Agent chzn01oepa055u.odepot.net to lowercase to match production

After update go to pagemode and run:
OPER LOADAGDF 'HLQ.ESP.V12.PARMLIB(AGENTDEF)' <- Use your DSN library
