Environment

Cause

Agent Definition not defined correctly.

DNS server name defined to ESP does not match the production DNS server name.  

Resolution

The DNS server name must match the one defined in the ESP parmlib member AGENTDEF.  Note: Check for mixed cased DNS name.

After updating the AGENTDEF member, execute the following ESP pagemode command to refresh the agent definitions: 
OPER LOADAGDF 'hlq.esp.PARMLIB(AGENTDEF)'
