Rally: Send notifications to non-Rally members

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to send notifications from  Rally to non-Rally members' email addresses? 

Cause

Keep non-Rally users updated.

Resolution

1. Create a corporate email alias, such as [email protected]
2. Create a user with the above email address.
3. Now you can @Mention this user and the emails will go to your company's distribution list an inform non-Rally users.
4. You can also add this user as a watcher or create notification rules for this user.
