IM Reports wrong Windows Level

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Microsoft Windows Server from 2012 to 2016 the provisioning manager still reports the functional level as Windows server 2012 r2 instead of 2016.

A production-ready fix (HF-DE518163.zip) has been released and is available on request.
