Issue/Introduction

SGのバージョンアップ後、MC上でVPMを起動すると以下のエラーが出力されます。

The OS version associated with this policy does not match the OS version on the Reference Device.
Mismatched OS versions might cause unexpected behaviour when editing the policy.
Saved Policy will inherit OS version from the Reference Device.

現在の設定は下記となっています。

Policy OS version:
  SGOS 6.7.5.7 Proxy Edition
Reference Device OS version:
  SGOS 6.7.5.12 Proxy Edition

エラーの解消方法を教えてください。

Environment

Release : MC3.1.3.1

Component : upgrade

Cause

VPMにインポートしていたSGのバージョンと、バージョンアップ後のSGのバージョンが異なるためエラーが発生しています。

Resolution

SGバージョンアップ後の、Policyバージョンのミスマッチは下記の手順で解消できます。

1. ManagementCenterへログイン
2. Configuration>Policy>既存のPolicyを押下(TypeはVPM)
3. Visual Policy Manager>Reference Deviceよりマッチしたい版がインストールされているDevicerを選択します。
   ※概ねもともとのDeviceが選択されているはずです。
4. Launch VPM Editorボタンを押下します。
   ※ボタンを押すと、Versionが違うという画面が出ますが、そのままVPMを起動します。
5. VPMが起動したら何も変更せずに、Save Policyボタンを押下してPolicyを保存します。
   ※5が完了すると、New SGOSバージョン向けのPolicyとなります。
6. 確認のため、Configuration>Policy>既存のPolicy>target tab>バージョンアップしたSGを選択>Install to Target
   ※バージョンミスマッチのエラーが出力されないことを確認
