CEM's Alert and Warehouse tasks fail - CEM0981E Field name CLASS or DATASET is not valid

Issue/Introduction

After the application of CA RS maintenance both CEM's Alert and Warehouse tasks (CMGRWHSE & CMGRALRT) fail with the message:

CEM0969I ECALCMAP Maintenance Level LU02509
CEM0981E Field name CLASS or DATASET is not valid
CEM0984I TZ not found, using UTC for local time 
CEM0266E CEM Policy MAPINIT Failed, RC = 0000001C
CEM0203I CEM Listener Termination

Component : CA COMPLIANCE EVENT MANAGER

Cause

A change was made to the CLASS field to expect CLASS="DATASET" not CLASS=DATASET  

Resolution

A found Policy Set contained a policy statement that had CLASS=DATASET, this syntax was causing the failure.  In the UI, editing the policy statement by clicking 'Modify', then 'Saving' it corrects the CLASS field to the correct CLASS="DATASET", alleviating the problem.
