Issue/Introduction

Rally User receiving  "You must have edit permissions to Import" error as a project admin when trying to import / upload Test Cases using Excel

Affected user is project admin.

Cause

Default project is not set in user profile settings

Resolution

• Make sure a default project is set in the Users Profile.
  • In some cases that user has a default project set and still gets thie error.
    • To resolve this the user change the default project to another project, saved it and then changed it back to the original default project.
