Issue/Introduction

How long CASB investigate details are available for user.

Resolution

CloudSOC keeps data in Investigate tab for a maximum time of 3 months accessible to view and filter via UI. Data older than 3 months are archived and still available for customer to download via settings in the "Data Archive" section. Archives are purged after one year permanently.
